IN GENERAL Being a high school teacher in Indonesia is a very noble and important profession in educating the nation. However, behind all of that, there are various challenges and difficulties that must be faced by high school teachers in Indonesia. In facing many challenges, high school teachers in Indonesia must have high dedication and enthusiasm in carrying out their duties. They must be able to maintain the motivation and learning spirit of their students, as well as be able to face all the challenges ahead of them.
